Nice old Cat D8: a little slow but steady and still productive. Distinctive diesel engine sound, healthy and strong.

That D8 I love it as it is not too small but not big for the job. I have worked lots of heavy equipment at my job over the years at the railway. I like watching this stuff thanks and bring more please.

Trees are strong, but CAT D8 is stronger and better than trees. D8 can kill in seconds, but trees can't kill D8 never.

What was this job for ? I just watched Part 1, and forgot to ask what is going on here. I know one thing, that is this Cat is in good condition for it's age. Listening to that engine purr is one clue. What amkazing power/torque for such low RPM on that diesel engine. I'm guessing the RPM is about 1100, am I wrong ?
