For each day I have prepared a different training set for you: without leaving home and without additional equipment.
We will work on abdominal muscles in training for day 11.
One series consists of 11 different exercises that you have to do continuously for 45 seconds.
We repeat everything.
If the training turns out to be too easy, repeat one series additionally.
In the window on the right you will see what the next exercise will be like.
