Ingredients

1 Kilo Ground Meat: Traditionally beef or mutton, but chicken can also be used.
4 Onion: Finely chopped.
2 Tomato: Finely chopped or thinly sliced.
3 Table spoon Ginger and Garlic: paste
Spices:
1 table spoon Cumin Seeds: Whole or crushed.
2 Table spoon Coriander Seeds: Crushed.
2 Table spoon Red Chili Flakes.
1 Table spoon ajwain seeds
1 table spoon lemon juice
2 table spoon mozirella cheese
Salt.to taste
3 slices breadcrumbs Helps in binding the mixture.
3 Table spoonsFlour or Cornmeal: For binding and texture.
baking soda 1 tea spoon
Oil: ghee, can used for frying.
Preparation Steps
Mixing the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat with chopped onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and all the spices.
Add flour or cornmeal and cheese to bind the mixture. If using pomegranate seeds, add them as well.if u like
Mix everything thoroughly until well combined. The mixture should be firm enough to hold its shape when formed into patties. Adjust the amount of flour if needed.
Shaping the Kababs:
Take a small portion of the mixture and form it into a flat, round patty. Typically, Chapli Kababs are larger and flatter than regular kababs.
Cooking:
Heat oil or fat in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Place the patties in the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry until the kababs are golden brown and cooked through, usually about 4-5 minutes per side. Make sure they are cooked evenly on both sides.
Serving:
Serve the Chapli Kababs hot, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
