Whole Baby Potato - 300 gm
Finely powder:
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Black Cardamon 1
Cloves 3
Cinamon 1 medium stick
Asafoetida/Hing - 1/4th tsp
Spices
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2.5 tsp
Turmeric / Haldi - 1/4th tsp
Ginger Powder / Sunth Powder - 1/4th tsp
Fennel Powder - ½ - 3/4th tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Curd - 1 tbs
Salt as per taste
Oil
