Hey Dudes, Wanted to say that your channel has really inspired me to get back into the shape I was 10 years ago. I just picked up your dumbbell program and am aiming to start it as soon as I finish up the current starter plan I'm on. Also my wife keeps saying how pretty the two of you dudes are so I have some other motives to get back into as well

Started working out from home at start of quarantine. These guys have helped alot.

Cause they keep shit simple and don't over complicate it. You can do so much with dumbbells that you don't need other equipment to build muscle. I generally workout around 20-30 minutes four days a week doing total body and I utilize both dumbbells and body weight exercises and I get fried like hell and can still feel the pump. Hypertrophy is a thing of beauty; No need for a damn barbell, you can do dumbell floor presses, military presses, squats and deadlifts and still build great muscle mass. The biggest key to working out is not your workout( as long as it's a good program) but rather nutrition; nutrition is where we as weight lifters are either made or broken.

@@flodging Watch Scooby1961 for that; If you have excess bodyfat, you have to be in a caloric deficit.... You can still have high protein content in a deficit, if you are looking to bulk, that's another story.

@@captainjaber5610 How much food do i need to gain weight? I'm skinny fat, i dont seem to lose weight or gain weight either. I eat pretty much 5-6 times a day. I'm 175 cm.
@captainjaber5610

@@ricardopattinson9318 Train harder, and go into a deficit. Make sure you eat plenty of low calorie protein sources, ala tuna, chicken, egg whites, etc. If you have excess body fat, you have to be in a caloric deficit. Find out your maintenance calories to maintain your weight and eat slightly less than that. Eating plenty of protein and working out maintains and grows your muscle while you lose the body fat. If you don’t eat enough protein, the body will burn your muscle first before fat. Some workouts I suggest are the inverted row, push ups, farmers walk and dips. Do two or three sets in a single workout and you will be burnt out. And yes, this will help you build muscle.

I picked up the superhero plan this week and started stage 0 on Monday since now I have access to a gym. I am glad you’re both going back to the superhero plan. It’ll feel like I am doing it along with you and I’ll be able to see the workout and proper form too
