When he said during push ups 'ise skip Mr krna' he literally meant that. Push ups are the basic and the foundation of maximum exercises. Glad someone is including push ups in chest workout specially for beginners

How about Svend press for chest? Also, I use incline Hindu push up, reverse tricep dip and knuckle diamond push up for tricep, right after I'm done with chest (incline bench, butterfly and svend press) Please suggest guys.

to the people saying push ups are a must, they only are till you can get 20+ reps after that normal push ups arent a good exercise at all for hypertrophy, too much fatigue and way too less stimulus. After you can get way too many reps on normal pushups do decline, then pike, etc, etc. What im trying to say is if you have already been working out for 6-12 months, dont do normal pushups, they are useless
