100g Green Beans
1 tbsp. grated Ginger
3 - 4 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp. cup Soy Sauce or Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar or Chinese Cooking Wine
1 1/2 tbsp. Oil
1 pc. Onion, sliced
Pepper to taste
