Join Cole Chance in this 25-minute Bedtime Floor Flow to Chill Out after a long day or any time of the day to reset your body & mind! We will be staying low to the ground and bringing breath to sensation. Staying with our practice, we bring more presence & awareness into our lives.
We will begin with Anapanasati Meditation, meaning “mindfulness of breathing” or observation in Buddhism. Poses include some side body stretches, reclined pigeon, and supported bridge, which is great for the lower back!
