Hello everyone) Today there will be a recipe for a delicious chocolate soufflé. It turns out to be a very airy soufflé with a bright chocolate aroma!
INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
40g all-purpose flour
50g + 30g (for egg whites) granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
40g unsalted butter
200ml milk
140g dark chocolate (I use 78%)
4 eggs (separate yolks from egg whites)
COOKING METHOD:
1. Grease the ramekins with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Put in the refrigerator.
2. In a saucepan, combine flour, sugar, salt, butter, and milk. Сook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate, stir. Add egg yolks, stir. Leave it aside.
4. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites while gradually adding sugar.
5. Gently, gradually stir in the whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
6. Layout the dough into forms. With a knife, align the top and use your finger to make a recess around (the dough will rise more evenly).
7. Bake at 350F/175C for 18-20 minutes.
8. Sprinkle the souffle with powdered sugar.
