Just running the heater lines trying to figure out where to put everything. This gives me some ideas. Thanks great video! I am planning to use the factory AC compressor from 2016 F150. Just need to find adaptor fittings to mount hoses onto the compressor.

Great video. Do you have handy the part#'s you used for the upper and lower radiator hoses? I'm having a heck of a time trying to figure it out.

The upper is the stock 11-14 mustang gt hose I just trimmed some off the end that goes to the radiator. The lower is from an 80s square body chevy truck

How did you cap the steam line? Did u need to tap the port? I’m kind of having issues with steam line so I’d rather have it gone. Did u notice it getting hot or anything from removing it?

The factory steam port tube is just pressed in, use pliers or Vice grips to pull it out, use a 1/8-npt tap to tap the hole and put a 1/8 npt plug in it. As long as your radiator cap is the highest point is the system there’s no need for it. On the newer cars the engine sits higher than the radiator, that’s why they need these steam ports and coolant reservoirs.

Extended the wires on the engine harness? Or just peeled back the insulation and pulled them back?

Did you have to use a different radiator hose or is that the stock one for the 5.0 coyote motor ?
