The first dessert of the new year is glutinous rice pie.
It's so delicious with a wonderful texture and a lot of healthy ingredients in it.
It's easy to digest by using sticky rice powder without flour.
Only a small amount of sugar is used, so it's not too sweet.
(You can also use sugar alternative sweeteners such as allulose instead of muscovado sugar.)
It would also be a healthy snack with healthy nuts, kidney beans, peas, and chickpeas, as well as a convenient meal replacement!

- Sift muscovado sugar in advance, completely loosen the lumps before using.
- Add more nuts/beans according to your preference.

□ 150g glutinous rice flour
□ 20g light muscovado sugar
□ 2g baking powder
□ 1g baking soda
□ 2g salt
□ 180g milk
□ 40g nuts(any nuts you like)
□ 90-100g candied red kidney beans, peas, chickpeas
□ 3g vanilla extract
□ 6 pecans, for topping
