Such a beautiful video. The waterfalls were stunning!! It was so nice to see Scout out and about,I’m sure she loved her big hike. The bat show was amazing. It was surprising how many bats were there, that man’s phone catching the sounds was amazing. I’ve never been afraid of bats. We need need to protect them. They are vital to our ecosystem. Thank you for this wonderful and interesting video. Big hugs to all the puppies ❤️🇨🇦

This park looks amazing! Love the history of it too. The story of how the marsh was returned to being a marsh is incredible! Adding this park to my list :)

"Canal Chic" 😍 Loved the interactive Lock activity. You did great Katelyn! Waterfalls are all so beautiful. Thank you for talking about ease of reaching the bridal veil falls. We have been to both of the falls you visited and the covered bridge. We loved the Ledges! It felt enchanted. Great to hear what bats sound like on the phone. Jim & Michelle

Loved your episode. We just visited the park in September. We loved The Ledges trail. We also loved the waterfalls. We took our bikes and rode the Towpath bike trail for many miles along the canals. It was beautiful.

We stayed at Silver Springs in site 11 and visited Cuyahoga Valley National Park a few weeks after you! Loved it - such a friendly campground host.

I grew up in Bedford and so much of what you showed had been my “playground” when I was a kid; climbing and swinging through the trees, running through Tinkers Creek, collecting and releasing all kinds of insects, tadpoles, toads, and salamanders. The metro park was my literal backyard. Thank you for bringing back those memories.

We were just there a couple weeks ago. Such a neat place. Brandywine Falls and the Ledges Trail were definitely my favorite parts, but we also took the train ride and my boys would say that was the best part.

There is also a Bridal Veil Falls at (1) Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Michigan’s UP, and (2) Niagara Falls.

I'm so glad you loved the CVNP. The ledges used to look out at the now torn down Colosseum where the Cavs used to play. The sports complex sold the land to the parks for like $1!!

We are going on somewhat the same path in a week. Indiana Dunes, then Cuyahoga Valley. Spring Valley campground is closed for the season, so it’s a bit tricky finding a place. Then we are going to Shenandoah and New River Gorge.

Two ‘bridal veil falls’ off the top of my head. Keystone canyon near Valdez, AK and Spearfish canyon in Spearfish, SD. I love how informative your videos are and gives us ideas of what to do in the area. Our goal is to take our EKKO to as many national parks as we possibly can! P.S. Thanks for chatting with us in Forest City. I was thrilled to meet you two and the pups 💕🐶💕

Who Dey 🐅 Holy recovery of the land to make a park Batman. I enjoyed the video & you all did a great job showing the variety of things that make this park attractive. Which audio guide did you use that you referenced in the video??. I checked the NPS app & didn’t see a reference to one & didn’t see one in Guide Along??

We used Shaka Guide for this park. When we filmed back in June, Guide Along didn't have one for Cuyahoga Valley. But they are always adding new ones!

Thank you for a video but you're going to have to revise some statements Especially the camping part in the Cuyahoga valley which you used to be able to do I have had people who was on the board of election for that that knew about it but did not know the changes after just a few years ago when homemade wanderlust or Dixie on the trail went through the Cuyahoga valley in remembrance of Grandma gatewood now after that video no one is allowed to camp inside the park when it was always available unless of course you are on the buckeye trail which is extremely limited even to that now

Dixie’s Grandma Gatewood hike was in Hocking Hills - 3 hours south. The NPS website lists several close camping options and there are a few sites on Hipcamp.
