Aparajita Singh I had sattu drink/bread peanut butter as my breakfast One bowl rice, daal, veggies, fish/chicken one small bowl sour curd and cucumber (without sugar or salt) as lunch Green tea/detox water (cinnamon, lemon, honey) in the evening Two roti and any side veggies /curry and one egg(water poach) as dinner.. No junks or fast foods during those times maybe once in two weeks No sugar intake No aerated drinks Regular exercise or 5times each week It's no high quality diet bt if we stick to it, it actually works... I have got results

Sunny ji, I am 45 Yrs, 69 KG and very active. but my left knee has got degenerative meniscus tear. Osteoarthritis aa reha hai. but i am hell bent to remain active. i am doing cycling and slight crunches and monster walk. Hi, I have delivered a baby 4 months back. It was a normal delivery. I want to start exercising but am afraid if I do wrong exercise n instead of strengthen my body I may hurt them. As I have learned thru internet about diastasis recti which happen post delivery and abs exercises like plank n crunches are not good for me as I HV DR. Hi Sunny, just came across these videos of urs by chance (yes I know). I really liked it. I was regular gymer but a few yrs back I met with 3 accidents in d period of 2 yrs. N busted my knee n gained around 20 kgs. When I again started I didn't came across any problems just usual soreness. but after sometime I stared feeling pain in my knee while doing squats n lunges.. can u pls guide as to wt can help in my condition. completed day 4. last plank... oh my god. really hard. i cant do for 1 mint. i did it for 30 sec each. because my body got to start shaking. and squat with wiper also hard. but i am happy because i completed my workout.😊
