Gentle Yoga is one of the greatest acts of self care when we are in need of nourishment. For example, gentle yoga helps with sleep, burnout, stress & anxiety. It can transform our health, increase energy and refreshes tired, worn out parents. Whether you are in your 20s, 30s, 40's, 50's etc my classes are suitable for everyone, even complete beginners to yoga.
