Delicious Dream Cream Cake
Ingredients for the sponge:
6 large L eggs separated - yolks and whites
160g plain flour
180g sugar
80ml oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
1 flat teaspoon of baking powder
30g unsweetened cocoa
Ingredients for soaking:
130ml of water
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of icing sugar
Ingredients for fudge cream - ingredients should be at room temperature:
about 400g of tinned fudge mass (Dulce de leche)
250g of butter, room temperature
Ingredients for the dark cream - these should also be at room temperature:
220g of vanilla cream cheese
350g of hazelnut-chocolate spread, I used Nutella
120g of butter
Additionally:
about 230g of digestive biscuits
a splash of milk, just to lightly moisten the biscuits
Ingredients for the whipped cream:
500ml of chilled double cream,
2 tablespoons of icing sugar
2 teaspoons of cream stabiliser (not necessarily, can be omitted)
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
