Today I am going to introduce you to an essential dish of Korean cuisine: Doejang Jjigae.
This is a very simple stew to make using doenjang soybean paste, a staple in Korean cuisine. I also explain in the video how to find doenjang and why it is so important in Korean culture!
This healthy, nourishing and comforting stew is the dish Koreans eat the most!
The version of Doenjang Jjigae that I present to you is that of my family and is based on seafood.

150g doenjang fermented soybean paste
250g of seafood (here shrimps, scallops and mussels)
