INGREDIENTS
🍲 For the jjigae kimchi:
500g of kimchi
20cl of kimchi juice
300g boneless pork loin
1 onion
1 stalk of white onion
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp fermented anchovy sauce
1 tsp of sugar
🥔 For gamja bokkeum:
6 potatoes
½ carrot
½ onion
Salt
Pepper
Sesame seeds
