Namaste, thanks for this interesting and welcomed clarity in your videos. Kaki mudra bears a resemblance with Sitali pranayama (not for the effects, Sitali has a strong emphasis on the physical cooling of our system). My question regards the physical aspect. Would you say that in Sitali the tongue is more rolled up on the sides and the mouth less of a beak? Thanks for your answer.

@@mariMar808 i am wearing the copper snake ring by Isha foundation/Sadhguru on left ring finger. they say metal on the rinfinger stabilizes the system and prevents you from leaving the body on accident during intense sadhana. also all cultures on the world developed the tradition on wearing a ring on the "ring"-finger around the world, independent from each other. they told me not to wear a ring on the thumb since it could attract things on a mystical level which one might not be prepared or ready for. that's all i know.

@@mariMar808 well he saved my life, literally, so i trust him with my life. The other Yogis and their devotees i persoanlly seen on the internet also wear rings on the left ringfinger. But i will travel to India this summer, maybe i will find out more, i will let you know if i remember :P
