Dragon pose is a strong lunge posture from Yin Yoga that targets the hip flexor and quad group of the back leg.
It is well known for the intense sensations it provides through the hip flexor, which some people love, and others find too strong.
In this video I will walk you through how to set up for Dragon, and also show you four other variations of this pose:
1. Classic dragon
2. Propping the heads with blocks or a bolster
3. Lifting the back knee cap off the floor with a bolster
