Mike, you are the REAL DEAL! I lost 30lbs in 4 months and feel great, I'm almost 60, so never too late to improve your health. Thanks for ALL your videos and being such a regular guy, fun to follow and learn from. I am done with the weight loss, and now focusing on building a little more muscle. Even though I believe I did build muscle with the weight loss, I can now have fun maintaining my weight, and put that same energy into growth. If I were to ever meet you in person, I would thank you for the motivation you gave me personally. You are the best! Shout out to Jeff Nippard also...

It sucks cause I’ve been making really good gains now this is probably gonna knock me out for a week or two. Hit 46 this year sucks getting old. Looking forward to your videos while I heal. Now I only gotta figure out which macros I need; as in should I try to minimize fat intake and which exercises to do to build my whole body, but I'm sure I'll stumble accross the answer to that question soon as there seem to be many videos dedicated to that sort of subject.

Mindset is everything. I am happy with how I am now, (can always be better but not ashamed of my fitness level for now) so a slow gain month, or just a maintenance month is okay.
