Adam, thank you so much for taking us on a tour of Washington. D.C. I have always wanted to go there and do the tourist thing. Being Canadian you might think that wierd. But I love history. So nice seeing the White House, The Capitol Building. Ford's Theatre, Washington Monument, etc. I had heard about Archie Bunker's Chair and the Sign from MASH at the Smithsonian but this is the first time seeing them. It made my Easter Monday ❤❤

What an absolutely amazing vlog. I’ve always wanted to visit Washington DC and I am not disappointed how beautiful the city is. Fun fact I was born in the city where Washington is in the North East of England where George Washington’s ancestors are from. Washington Old Hall was the family’s ancestral home and they still celebrate Independence Day there every year. 👍

Remember tho, absolutely nothing actually happened in that house. All the “inside stuff” actually took place in a sound stage at a studio location. It was make-up and latex. So this never happened, it’s just a story. And that you saw this on Easter actually does give you and your viewers God’s protection through His immaculate Son from even any real fear they might have had or would ever have about evil all together. 🙂

The following was originally on here as a reply of mine to someone named Bella, but I thought it was pertinent enough to post on the main board: Which reads for all now: Remember tho, absolutely nothing actually happened in that house. All the “inside stuff” actually took place in a sound stage at a studio location. It was make-up and latex. So this never happened, it’s just a story. And -that Adam saw and photographed (added from original for clarity) this- on Easter actually does give he and his viewers God’s protection through His immaculate Son from even any real fear anyone might have had or would ever have about evil all together. 🙂 ☮️ and Love ❤️🔥👑🌸

I went to DC in the Summer of 1984 as part of a Safety Patrol trip. I am sure we went into places then that would be pretty hard to get into these days without some type of full background check. In the 90's we lived near DC and enjoyed several visits there, mostly taking the Metro in due to parking issues. I am surprised you never got a hotdog at one of the stands in downtown. They were some of the best hotdogs we ever had, but that could have been also because we were usually pretty hungry and often cold and it was cheap and quick. I haven't been to the DC area since a memorial service in 2003 for my sister who lived in Chevy Chase. No more relatives live near there anymore, so no reason really to go. Thanks for bringing back memories. Oh, and yes the Exorcist has to be the scariest movie I ever saw. I have seen the steps in Georgetown also. That is one movie I don't think many people have watched more than one time.

Glad you are back in DC Adam. The place at the end you filmed was Virginia across from the Exorcist stairs. I wish you would have gone over to the Temperance fountain on 7th and Indiana by the Navy memorial and Grand army of the republic memorial. It was funny when you were talking about being at work when you were in the natural history museum. Years ago when I got laid off if I was downtown for a job interview I would go to one of the museums if I had some time and I was thinking the same as you in the natural history museum "I should be at work". But I was in a suit so I looked like I was working 🤣
