Imprint vs. Neutral Spine Pilates Explained
- Do you ever wonder how your back should be positioned in pilates exercises? Well this class is going to explain just that. In Pilates we use two types of spinal positions - Imprint & Neutral. This class will teach you what they are and how to do them, so that during your next workout you are more easily and quickly able to get into the correct position with your back and understand it. Empower your Core!
For this class I am going to use a small hand towel and a pen to help you see and feel what these positions are in your back. Feel free to just watch or watch and also practice the moves yourself! With expert insights and practical demonstrations, you'll gain valuable knowledge to optimize your Pilates routine and prevent common injuries.
