this is a full follow-along Uneven Shoulder Correction Routine. It only takes 5 Minutes to do one full routine!
Do it on a daily basis 2-3 times a day!

※Please be careful always not to overdo any exercise.
You should only move to the extent you feel comfortable and be slow and soft.
If any pain or discomfort is felt then you have two options : 1. Decrease the intensity to the point you feel refreshed. 2. Rest for a few days and you may start again.
