ERIK's filter, developed over several years, I'm using the 02 version, capable of brewing 15 grams or more of coffee grounds. The designer offers two brewing suggestions, and this time I used the fine grind method to bring out more sweetness and viscosity.

The designer also mentions that the key to this filter is even extraction, and for the 02, the brewing requirement is to pour water faster.
It's incredibly balanced and comfortable to drink, with amplified sweetness and the ability to taste multiple layers, with a smooth mouthfeel. This bean reminds me of the sweetness of sugarcane juice and the strong aroma of butter.
