Foni bisgandu (Maldivian spiced pudding)
12 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp of nutmeg powder
1 tsp clove powder
1 3/4cup coconut milk
Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius
Grease a baking dish.
Add the eggs ,sugar, spices and whisk until well combined .
• Add the coconut milk and mix well.
• Pour the mix into prepared baking dish and cover the dish with foil.
• Bake in a water bath for about 40 mins.
• Remove from the oven and let it cool in the water bath.
