1. I was stress eating ice cream from the container when I clicked on this. I slowly put it away. 2. Tart cherries are not only good for natural source of melatonin but pain and inflammation as well, which is what I know them for. So it really is a win win for tart cherries. 3. In noticing the other foods you spoke of nuts, grains, seeds and fruit. I noticed that all those foods do make you feel better, and aren't infused with horrible sugars that shock your brain, nerves and system. This vid made me think. Thanks.. Not having trouble sleeping these days but this will help for stress and anxiety as well! Glad your bro recommends you!

God bless you both Andrew and Brain. The 2 most honest people I've ever found on KZitem. I'm going to try the cherries, I tried cinnamon tea, cinnamon sticks boiled in water. I heard it helped with sleep. I think it's more of the placebo effect, because I heard it from a close family member.🤫 Andrew, what are your thoughts on OLLY gummies, Sir? They taste like crap but they work. They're "all natural" but I'm always suspicious.🤔

I disagree with how melatonin works. After 2 weeks? I disagree. 3 hours before bed? I disagree. Just based on my own experiences and those of my children.
