I know this is a random question but im 6.1 6.2 67 kg 16year old, can i squat like 180lbs for reps and not lose speed? I saw one of ur videos where u said squatting heavy makes u not as fast? Hopefully u anwser me and one more question, can you post a video for best exercises for speed Plyos Weight training and that kind of stuff, Thanks!

appreciate ya watching and comment 💪 squatting doesn't necessarily make you slow, you NEED to have HIGH maximal strength, but then convert it over to more speed, power because sprinting your ground contact time is only like .18 seconds We have a lot of videos about "best speed exercises" even tough there really is no "best exercises for speed" - it's about going through a complete PROGRAM that address' all aspects of strength, power, sprinting etc. The best would be just buy one of our programs, it's all laid out for you and done for you, so you don't have to think ... not trying to plug it , but athletes are always stuck doing it on their own and waste time watching videos instead of just getting the work they need done delivered to them simply and easily from a professional coach.
