The aim of the game-fitness training drills is to develop speed, agility and quick work with the ball, its control, changes in the direction of the run and finishing in the goal. For players, we focus on being able to accelerate immediately after changing the direction of the run or dribbling the ball. In the exercise we develop game dexterity, coordination with the ball and agility.
After finishing the small goal, the players pass the baton in the form of a combination play in a small space. After the combination, the next player can go to the next section of the relay. The speed-training exercise takes place in a competitive form, with two groups of players competing with each other who are motivated to achieve maximum performance.
