Hi Pretty Fit Fam! Here is my UPDATED week of workouts! It is a 6-day split and I am currently 9 weeks out! This video will share parts of each workout so you can get an idea of how I am currently training! I will drop the split below in case you want to give it a try! Workout Split:
Day 1 - Chest/Back/Abs + 30 min of Cardio
Day 2 - Hammies/Glutes + 25 min of Cardio
Day 3 - Arms + 45 min of Cardio
Day 4 - Legs + 65 min of Cardio
Day 5 - Back/Abs + 30 min of Cardio
Day 6 - Shoulders/Abs + 55 min of Cardio
