loved it. both of my hips clicked when put them down to the mat after baby pose. it felt good :) guess everything is back to its place.

Thanks for the tips in the low knee lunge! I often find myself feeling a little too strained in that pose, and strengthening through the quads and through my planted foot really helped me gain control. :)

that cradle the baby is almost impossible for me. my foot barely gets above my knee height.

When doing low lung stretch, back knee feels some strain as the weight is on it? I tried it today and felt weight. So asking
