Kanji drink is a traditional North Indian fermented drink prepared mostly in winters.It has very unique colour and taste.Kanji mades with juice of sugarcane and lots of water and some spices and its useful in gastric and other stomach related problems.In winters it takes 4to5 days in fermentation and in summer it's ready in next day or two days in fermenting.I make this after Holi and it's ready in just next day.So please weather ko dhyan men rakh kar isko banaye aur mere sath share kare..
Kanji banane ke liye humko chahiye...
*Sugarcane juice --2cup
*Mustard seeds-3tsp
*Salt-2tsp
*Water-16 cup
For tempering- Pure ghee-1 tsp, Cumin (jeera), Chilli powder, Heeng.
