This 15 minute gentle yoga for Fibromyalgia sequence is for all those people that suffer not just from Fibromyalgia, but all those conditions that cause some generalised pain, fatigue and tiredness.
The practise is short and gentle and can be done both on a mat and in bed, with minimal position change and slow, gentle movements as well as some mindfulness. Not just for people that suffer from chronic pain, but all those that like a slower and more gentle, nurturing style of yoga.
