I woke up this morning feeling groggy, tired and unmotivated. Didn’t want to get out of bed but I’m glad I did. This meditation has soothed and relaxed me so much that my physical body actually feels recharged and have enough energy to start the day. As always, thank you so much and Namaste 🙏🏻🥰

I did this meditation twice today. Due to unplannable circumstances in life the first time got broken into and I experienced a lot of sounds around me. The second time was also with a lot of unexpected sounds. This might help me to learn to stay focussed on peace even with exterior circumstances. And it was a peacefull experience: I feel calm and centered. Yoga Nidra brings me peace. Thank you very much 🙏 🩵

This one was really calming and helped me connect to my body deeply. If I can make a request, could you make one that is longer, a bodyscan, one that focuses particularly on both sides of the body simultaneously? I felt that was so calming!
