Hi Hao Qiu doc, I've questions; I like running, been ran for 1yr, been put on weight 3kg++, think cuz of too much cardio my appetite became better. Now, I have strictly control my caloric intake not > BMI, however, it has been 1 week yet the weight didn't budge, somehow like yo-yo... Please help.
I lost 11kg.. in 10 yrs time ..everyday go gym 💪 and jogging with proper meal... but since C19 started l stop gym n jog.. weight increases back.. l give up xcercise n now trying to control my mouth instead...
