Watching a fish suffocate is a beautiful family moment. I thought we were the only family in the world that were brought closer together by watching the life drain from a sea creature. At this the point most people would not be able to tell he's autistic. We all knew a kid like this growing up. Same inflection and catchphrases and attitude. And, I think most people didn't treat that kid well. This series is a weird cathartic experience seeing that the kid is doing fine and continuing on their wholesome way. While also a stern reminder that perhaps they are not, due to how they were mistreated. Art.
