Calves are looking amazing! I remember when you got injured some years back and your legs lost mass but you’ve really come back strong

for seated calf raises i prefer to use the short bar / ez bar (wrapped with a towel or foam to protect your skin). you can load up the weights *_and_* a lot easier to balance. with dumbbells i find there's too much interference from my hands trying to keep the damn things in place and thus i don't feel the full weight of the dumbbells.

Idk if you guys have tried Jefferson curls, but if you haven’t you should give them a try. Hands down my favorite hamstring isolator. I use about 20% of my max deadlift for reps and really focus on a deep stretch at the bottom. Highly recommend!

I think even only half of the volume for hamstrings would make me sore for a week at least 😀

I prefer using weight weight plates then dumbbells for this DIY seated calf raise The only problem is when I've got 80 kg ( 150lb I think) that to light
