Very healthy millet ladoo Recipe .
Ingredients :
Millet / Bajra / Sajjalu - 1 Cup
Peanuts -1/2 Cup
Sesame seeds - 1/4th Cup
Dryfruits - Few (OPTIONAL)
Coconut powder / Dry coconut -1/4th Cup
Jaggery Powder - Cup
Cardamom Powder - tsp
Ghee - 2 to 3 tablespoon (OPTIONAL)
Procedure :
Wash and soak the millets overnight or atleast hours . Then dry them indoors under the fan .
Then fry the millets - Dry roast and let it cool down completely . Dry roast the peanuts , Dry fruits (Optional) and sesame seeds and cool it completely.
Transfer the millets into the mixer and blend it into a fine powder .Then add peanuts , sesame seeds , dryfruits and make them into a powder , and add cardamom powder , jaggery powder and coconut powder and then blend it into a fine powder .
Mix it properly and add GHEE(OPTIONAL) and make the laddoos .
