Herbed rice with stuffed fish (Sabzi polo ba mahi)
Herbed pilaf with stuffed fish is one of the traditional dishes for the first days of the New Year. 2 fresh fish
Ingredients for the fish filling:
150 grams of walnuts
2-3 tablespoons pomegranate paste
2 tablespoons sour pomegranate seeds
1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
Fragrant herbs (pennyroyal, blue thistle, mint)
1 teaspoon dried angelica
Lemon
Salt, pepper and turmeric

3 cups of rice
1/2 kilogram chopped vegetables (parsley, coriander, dill, chives)
