I love the membrane I don't know what it is but I don't mind it one bit. This is also the best way to have smoked ribs, dry rub any type of sauce on the side

In Texas we remove the membrane and make them in Texas so sorry to break the bad news. Those aren't Texas style spare ribs. And wheres the sauce.. as a Texan, my vote is. 👎 Failure To call them Texas style you you gotta make them Texas style
