High Intensity Interval Workout is designed to speed up your metabolism and burn fat, but eating a balanced diet always comes first.
I specially selected the exercises in such a way as to involve all muscle groups and perform them so that while some muscles are being loaded, others are resting. After a 30 second rest in the middle of the video, I did all the exercises in reverse order. Tabata workout: 30 seconds work / 10 seconds rest.
Try this workout with me! Who can easily do 2-3 laps, it will take you 30-40 minutes, which can be considered a full-fledged workout. I recommend doing such exercises no earlier than half an hour after sleep or 2 hours after eating.
