I sure like this episode, especially when the old girl at the motel said that Broderick could use a double with his size. If he'd been Jackie Gleason he'd have said "You're goin; to the moon Alice." Instead he just ignored her and didn't even tell her to get a bell for the desk.

In addition to corroborating Topinard's findings, the author has developed formulas to serve as predictive models for estimating both height and weight when only a subject's footprint dimensions are known. The formulas are presented with a discussion of the data from which they are derived.

You had to lube doors (white grease) every 3,000 miles. Car probably was due for the 3,000 mile lube, oil, and filter.

What are the odds, the Norton's Dodge license # is NPA 325 and the Stone's Plymouth license # is NPA 308!

Must be a set of fake plates used by Hollywood. The witness reported "M"PA 325 and Dan switched it to "N"PA 325.

From the footprints you can tell the weight and height of the person? 6:50

Good Question I was wondering that also Still unsure of the accuracy Abstract In the mid 1800s, Topinard proposed a simple formula for estimating a person's height: maximum foot length divided by 0.15 reveals the stature of most individuals. In addition to corroborating Topinard's findings, the author has developed formulas to serve as predictive models for estimating both height and weight when only a subject's footprint dimensions are known. The formulas are presented with a discussion of the data from which they are derived.

And not only that, but how the person looks, the gender, and what they are for breakfast (or rather who they killed for breakfast.). The technology in the 50s was so much more advanced than today.

I’d be having doubts about the character of my wife if I were that witness. Everyone on Highway Patrol ought to know, it’s Don Matthew’s way, no Highway option. Pardon the pun.

Look you guys got the wrong guy, could be let's move, like that is not for me to decide the evidence will speak for it's self, it takes a good person/ police officer to admit that they don't know everything

Would you go to the motel and pack or get away to the nearest police station? How can anybody say height of a person to the half inch? Keep going and go to another police station.

so they are being chased by a man firing from his car. So they decide to stop their car and get out. Please explain that logic to me.
