We are talking about an Amalfi recipe created in 1978 by chef Enrico Cosentino and which has become famous throughout the world. To dress them, I chose some beautiful and tasty mussels from Sardinia which, combined with a cherry tomato sauce, also delighted the palates of Luigi and Giulia, my official tasters!
In the video I also show you how simple it is to clean mussels with the salt method.
