@@TheBlessedLifeee it totally depends, you can't go wrong with focusing on your Na and K (like the adrenal cocktail powder and using it in coconut water or the pickleball especially if pregnant or nursing) and have a topical magnesium. I deep dive in my mineral video, let me add it to the description.

You speak so much wisdom here, Jessica. At 53, I have been on this road my entire life. It was when I was 31, after my mother died, that I came face-to-face with burnout, suicidal ideation, and myself. Perfectionism, productivity, and achievement for over 10 years had me so low. I took time off from my business and I had to LEARN how to have fun, make friends, read fiction. I've made a lot of progress in the last almost-20 years. However, now in a time of peri-menopause, I am facing again those innate and learned patterns that keep me anxious and striving. I pray that your videos continue to feed me, you and others to let go of rules and embrace our God-given joy, worth, and BEingness. Thank you!

Girl I found your channel recently and it is really resonating with me so much! My goal for the rest of this year is to really work on healing my nervous system. I am exactly the same as how you were in terms of over-achieving, constantly on the go and never truly present or able to rest. Your videos are filled with such guidance and you totally glow from the inside out in all of your videos! Thanks for sharing your wisdom and all the best on your journey ❤

A lot of the topics you cover really tie into buddhism well, especially concerning moral responsibility and balancing your moral worth with work. I just recently found your channel and I love your videos especially about minimalism and how to declutter your mind and home! ❤ I’m not a mom (yet or maybe never) but I still binge everything. - Awesome video!!

I need more on this idea of our worth and productivity. I’m addicted to productivity as a stay at home mom…. And I can’t quite wrap my head around what you’re saying and yet I know I’m my gut there’s something deeper there going on in my too! It’s amazing to not feel alone, thank you for sharing your heart with us! I’m a mom of 3 very very busy little boys and I’m on the exact same journey as you. Decluttering , slowing down, becoming more aware and intentional.

Wow! Youre videos have been a great encouragement to me to make the necessary changes that Ive known I needed to make for a long time. I am on the same hamster wheel and its exhausting but Im causing it so your suggestions of changes made me excited and gave me hope that I can get out of this terrible cycle Im in. Curious, but how do you implement the day of rest in your life when there is so much to do and so many demands. I feel like 7 days a week aren’t even enough sometimes and there are activities and plans that would probably come up on your day of rest. How do you respond to those? Do you switch your rest day or turn them down. It seems like I would miss out on a lot if I was always turning things down. Thanks again for your videos! Im really enjoying them❤.
@jessicarothley

I think it depends on the family and schedule, I personally don't mind switching the rest day if something comes up. I'm not super strict on it, but to me, if we have so many things going on that I literally feel I cannot take a single day off, then that means I have too many plates spinning and things need to go. it's the litmus test for me

I think I'll have more to share down the line, but if it makes you feel any better I have not had a social media since posting back on youtube and have seen growth and success without it. honestly I think it does better because I'm not so distracted on running different things and can focus on creating content I love which I think translates. it CAN be done. you don't have to have multiple social media platforms!
