Ladies and gentlemen, this is how I train. No frills, no fancy tools or equipment - Just a few basic things repeated over time.
I've been training for 10 years in various martial art systems like #JeetKuneDo, #MuayThai, #Sanshou, #Escrima and #Boxing and while I am not a competitive fighter, I like training like one.
The routine you see here is a basic structure for me. It will be different for you. I will continue to share tips, tricks, and techniques on this channel so in case there's something specific you would like to see, let me.
