Recipe: Roasted chicken breast with corn purée and roasted carrots , parsnip and chicory .
For purée :
2 corn on the cob
1/2 shallot
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup water/ stock
Roast vegetables :
4 baby carrot
Or 2 carrot
1 parsnip
1 red chicory
1 spring of thyme
1 tsp fennel seems
2 tsp butter
1/4 cup water/ stock
Chicken breast ( oven roasted)
1 small chicken breast
2 cloves of garlic
3 springs of thyme
1 tbs butter
Roast it for 10 mins in 200 D temperature
Chicken breast ( Pan roasted )
1 small chicken breast
2 cloves of garlic
3 springs of thyme
1 tbs butter
1/4 cup of water/stock
Cook it for 12 mins
