Ingredients:
1/4 kilo pork belly, cubed
8 cups coconut milk (gata)
8 cups dried gabi leaves
6 tbsp shrimp paste (bagoong)
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium red onion, sliced
4 pcs red chili
2 pcs chili fingers
2 thumb-sized ginger, sliced
1 tablespoon oil
salt and pepper to taste
