You and Dr. Jason, my local chriopractor who I believe is with Affinia and a Dr. Mandell and a couple others on here, y'all are wonderful and we thank you all for taking time to share this insight with all of us, so we can find relief and restoration... we all need it more than ever now. This has massively helped with hip and lower back discomfort that I've been experiencing for about 9 months. I'm a triathlete and over the last 6 months the discomfort has intensified during running. I've been to see 2 physios, done hours and hours of for strength training and stretching but seen no improvement. In a desperate search for help I stumbled on this video and this stretch. I've done the stretch 3 times over the last 2 days and I can honestly say it's the most relief I've had from the pain since it started. I've not been running yet but I'm hopeful it's making a difference

Had a session with my chiro yesterday and cracked my pelvis and neck L-R directions. My pelvis has been given me pains for a week. @MotorCityPhoenix313
4 жыл бұрын
Yes! Please! I need help with this. I'm so irritated
@tylerpatterson434
4 жыл бұрын
My right side is rotated forward and my left side is higher. This is pretty much what my chiropractor does when he adjusts my lower back. He does only the high side. And this helps along with spinal compression. But it is expensive to go all the time and I don’t think that alone is going to fix it. What has worked the most for the pain and less rotation for me is doing egoscue exercises along with chiropractic every couple weeks. I do the condition two routine from a book called the egoscue method. The book is cheap and on amazon. I’ve been doing the routine every day for the last two months and I feel better than I have in years.

I dealt with a back injury a few weeks ago. I was dealing with a high hip for roughly 2 weeks and felt it was a big source of my pain. I did this stretch literally twice for 15 seconds. I didn’t feel a pop or crack but when I stood up my hips were finally levelled. The downside is my back hurt quite a bit for an hour or two. Likely because my healing injury was disturbed by realigning my hip. But after that time passed my back was not hurting anymore. I felt this video was very helpful. Thank you for helping me fix my high hip!

Pain radiates down left leg to knee and leg is tight. Would this help me?

I don't know anything about your case, so I can't answer why you're having this pain. My best advice is to consult with your local doctor or chiropractor. Request an exam and imaging (such as an x-ray) if you can. Find the cause, it will help treat your condition better. Hope this helps.
