It’s great and satisfying and Im consuming the same amount that i would if I blended it. When you chop it really fine with carrot sticks too you wouldn’t believe how much greens you can consume. Sometimes consuming a salad or green juice is boring. This is a quick way to get the greens. You can put a little chicken, beacon and cheese. And it’s delicious.

So many videos say that we have to juice the kale. Is there something wrong with eating the actual vegetable itself without mixing it with something else to ruin the flavor? I remember about 50 years ago my mother told me that if I wanted to stay youthful forever I needed to chew my food very well because that would increase the muscles in my face and keep my skin from sagging. She told me that when you're chewing your food that is exercise for your face and it increases the absorption of the nutrients in the food. Of course I am mid 50s so that could just be an old mothers tale. And yes I've purchased well over 25 or 30 juicers since the 80s. I just don't use them for vegetables because for some odd reason I want to be able to taste the actual flavor of the produce to see if the lack of nutrients in the soil's are affecting its flavor.

6 жыл бұрын
@Linda Johnson- I'm only 35-years- old-- I look over a decade [young] younger for my age and I have no wrinkles so I really can't answer your question on that but, what I can answer is that my skin is baby smooth, soft, my hair is growing like weeds (very fast) and is much thicker, my nails are growing WAY TOO FAST (I hate it!), my eyelashes are growing very long & think ( they look like fake lashes, and my lips are more full and pouty. I use this with other herb's & minerals added with the Collagen such as Silica, hyaluronic acid etc. I say between 3- to- 4 months when I started to see results. So all of the things combined I take together has all helped with everything that I've mentioned. I think it will help with wrinkles even though I have none yet. :)

I did try your bladder formula. I believe it worked, I have flat tummy and never feel bloated. I do already follow what you said about eggs, collagen and kale (must grow more parseley) Thank you! I do lather on a mixture of Organic Vitamin A rich oils like Apricot, Sea Buckthorn and Rose Hip. I always put it on right after a shower. (the colour absorbs with the moisture from water and your skin is soft, smooth and lovely!)

Dr. Berg dear, pls talk about how to 1. Cure oily face; 2. Reverse fluid retention. Thank you very much !!
@gigip4417

Containing fluid comes from too much salt intake. At breakfast and lunch eat 5 mini white potatoes and nothing else. At dinner eat anything you want, yet try to keep it healthy. Potatoes are full of potassium and potassium depletes sodium. Also, stay away from salt as much as possible. I threw away my salt shaker and I'm using garlic powder instead. Good luck
