This is literally SO similar to the workout that I have been doing for more than a year now and it works perfectly (with progressive overload, ofc) 😍👌🏻 No stressful and time consuming set-up, loving it!

I find the same , im quite strong in squats , hack squats , lunges very heavy, but im a one plate woman when it comes to hip thrusts , I believe they use more momentum then actually feel the movement

@@serenagarces4758 they say the hip thrust is the male version of bench pressing , egotistical thing , because if you can hip thrust over 100kg your squat and all other leg movements should be high

It builds over time. I used to be a 25lb plate then 45.. now I’m over 140lbs. You have to be consistent and build your strength and core over time.

nice hack! my gym doesnt have hip thrust machine, but if I do hip thrust with leg curl machine, people will stare at me 😂😂 and unfortunately that machine is located in strategic area where people are passing by. Ok I will find a quiet hour to do that 😂

What if you are a wheelchair user and can only exercise on your knees? I can move my legs like you but can't walk or straighten them and have zero bum from muscle wastage from being in hospital a year x

im also a wheelchair user so im just gonna list things that maybe you can do as well: kneeling squats using the smith machine, abductor machine, kneeling bent leg kickbacks using ankle weights or put a dumbbell behind your knee, fire hydrants can also be done holding a dumbbell behind your knee and add a band for more resistance if you want, seated good mornings. (this is assuming you go to the gym or were you asking for exercises you can do at home as well without machines?)

Great tips and great workout. But I do think it would also be useful to make a video that uses only dumbells or kettlebells for those of us that don't go to the gym. I use my adjustable dumbells. I have a good routine and I am definitely getting stronger but it would be nice to have a video we could follow along with at home during those days when I need a little more motivation 😊

@madfit may be a good channel for you, all at home workouts with the choice to add weights or just use bodyweight :) she has some dumbbell and kettlebell workouts too :)
