Practicing really doesn't have to be stressful! Too often, we set ourselves up for failure by thinking of practicing as a chore, or WORSE.. as a test that we can fail. Practicing is your opportunity not only to improve your skills on your instrument, but also to improve your RELATIONSHIP with the instrument, which will have much more powerful effects than you might expect. The world's greatest players are usually those who developed a very special approach to the instrument, whether that is psychological or physical.
